浴室浴缸噴「湧泉」 嘸大排下雨就遭殃
高雄內門區觀亭里有五戶連棟的的透天厝，外面下雨，屋子裡就會出現湧泉，廁所廚房只要有排水孔的洞，溝渠的水就往住家宣洩，原因是因為這裡地勢低窪，唯一一條小溝渠，遇到大雨就無法排水，想建設大排水溝，卻因為門口的既成道路，屬於私人地，好幾名地主持有，只要有一個不同意，里長爭取到經費，也是無法動工。
洗手台底下排水孔，不斷冒水，浴缸內也是滔滔不絕。
湧泉從排水孔往上溢出來，整個廁地板溼答答，外面下大雨，馬路就淹水，住家則是變成噴水池，連廚房有時也會遭殃。
居民vs.記者：「沒下雨就會，下雨就淹起來。 (現在怎麼堵起來了？)，那天下雨用的。」
廚房排水孔乾脆整個洞封起來，老婦人很無奈，因為三不五時就得忙著撈水。
居民vs.記者：「常常在裡面撈水。(差不多幾年了？)，撈很多年了。」
居民：「很久了，大概20幾年有了。」
20多年來都如此，居民說一點好物分享2018熱門產品都不誇張，高雄內門區觀亭里這五戶住家，地勢較低窪，只要下雨，山坡上的水往低處流，但這裡沒有大排水溝，只有這條小溝渠，水一多，就順著排水管，往住家內宣洩。
居民：「看我們這裡偏僻就無關緊要，如果今天是在市區，今天有可能還這樣嗎？」
居民：「里長陳情啊！區公所還是什麼1999，都有找過了，他們都會派人來勘查。」
四處陳情，還是沒解決，問題就在於能施作排水溝的既成道路，屬於私人地，好幾個地主共同持有，得要全部都蓋章同意。
內門區觀亭里里長許志芳：「無論怎樣私人地要做，也是一定要有同意書，兩次經費都有下來，(差不多多少錢？)，兩百多萬。」
里長不是不幫忙，經費爭取到手，但只要有一個地主不蓋章，大家就沒轍，住家湧泉得不斷上演。
